Simulating and Comparing three traditional dead-band setting methods with the proposed method for BESS in the primary frequency regulation, the result shows that the proposed method improves the sensitivity of the BESS to grid frequency deviation, maintains the charge state of BESS, and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility.
